The aluminum dome tweeter provides smooth upper-frequency response and increased efficiency, which delivers crystal clear music reproduction. The overhung design reduces distortion and increases power and efficiency to deliver a truly high-quality audio experience. Fully sealed crossover components provide increased protection from the harsh marine environment. This delivers improved frequency response at the crossover point and a detailed audio spectrum for a new level of acoustic performance. The optimized open-back design allows for extended power handling and versatile mounting options. The FM Series speakers are designed to be flush mounted with a mounting profile no thicker than 3/32” (2.5 mm) for a visually appealing, near-flat finish. Simply place the speaker into the cutout, tighten the screws and the speaker legs will tighten against the panel, keeping it in place without needing to create any screw holes in your boat.
