Product Overview
The Rockford Fosgate M2WL-8 is a pair of M2 series 8 inch 2-way loaded wake tower speaker enclosures in white, purpose-built for the marine environment. Each enclosure houses the M2-8 2-way full-range speaker and is constructed from high-density ASA material with IPX6 water intrusion rating and full Element Ready protection against dust, UV, temperature extremes, corrosion, and vibration.
The included universal clamp system mounts to wake tower bars from 1.5 to 3.0 inches in diameter and offers 360 degrees of rotation, allowing the speaker to be aimed in any direction. Direct mounting is also supported for bars with that capability. Dual integrated Deutsch/Amphenol 6-pin connectors provide True Marine Ecosystem plug-and-play connectivity with flexible installation options. The ICC (Integrated Concealed Crossover) is hidden inside the basket for a cleaner look and easier installation.
Color Optix RGB LED lighting is fully controllable via the PMX-RGB controller and RF Connect app (available on iOS and Android). The 3DIL (3D Illuminated Logo) technology allows the rear Rockford Fosgate emblem to rotate 365 degrees so it remains correctly oriented regardless of mounting angle. Both stainless steel and sport grilles are included, with additional grille options available separately for further customisation. The black version of these speakers is available as the M2WL-8B.
