To Connect ("Patch In") One Electronic or Optical Device to Another for Signal Routing Universal head unit patch lead for connection to the DNA range of EVO SWC series of steering wheel controllers. NOTE: Use with Type C CAN bus SWC controllers with model numbers ending in (C). This patch lead works by using a loop with a resistor from pin 12 to pin 4 to tell the interface what make of head unit is present. The coloured loop wires provided represent the different resistor values. Pins 2, 7 and 8 are used for the signal from the interface to the head unit. This will be either a 3.5mm plug or a single wire, this will depend on the brand of head unit. A 3.5mm plug and a single wire are provided, use the correct lead for the make of the head unit being fitted. Note the orientation of the terminal to be inserted into the connector.

Universal Steering Wheel Control InterfaceThe AXSWC by Axxess Interface is a universal steering wheel control interface that allows steering wheel controls to be retained in various vehicles when upgrading to an aftermarket radio. The AXSWC has the ability to auto-detect many vehicle makes and aftermarket radios and it will pre-set the steering wheel controls to the aftermarket radio automatically so no programming is required.
It also has the ability to be manually programmed to suit vehicles that are not compatible with the auto-detection feature. The AXSWC is not a plug-and-play interface, it requires installation and it is recommended that wires are soldered for the best connection.
Please Note:
