Please note that we use a wide range of couriers including Fastway, Toll, and others. In most cases, you will get an email from eBay with your tracking and one from the freight company also.
If you require insurance on your product, you should contact us as this is not usually included in the price of your product, and if it is damaged in transit, this is usually not covered.
If your unit is in the rare case
damaged in transit, you need to report it to us within 24 hours of you receiving the unit(s). If your unit is insured, that is the window that we have to lodge a claim on your behalf.
For all our loyal NT, WA and remote area clients, please be aware that your parcels can take up to
10 working days to arrive at your location. If you are having issues with your scannings, please contact the relevant freight company.
Please note that if you have a
PO BOX / LOCKED BOX / PARCEL LOCKER ADDRESS, you will need to choose the Australia post shipping option at check out, as Fastway Courier companies deliveries are not accepted by Australia post facilities.
