The vehicle-specific plug connects directly into the existing factory wiring without cutting the original harness. The kit includes an antenna adaptor, reverse camera retention adaptor, and USB, AUX, and amplifier retention leads.
As a 2-way UART interface, the AATO19C allows climate control and system menus to be controlled from both the aftermarket head unit's touchscreen and the factory steering wheel controls simultaneously. This 2-way UART functionality is only available on select aftermarket head units fitted with a UART input, and integration and compatibility varies between vehicle and head unit models.
The AATO19C retains the factory amplifier (if equipped), factory reverse camera including 360-degree view (if originally fitted), factory AUX input, factory USB input, and factory antenna.
