The APTYCBE1 is the compact (non-hideaway) counterpart to the APTYCBH1 hideaway kit for the Toyota Hilux and Fortuner (2015-on). Where the APTYCBH1 uses the AP477H hideaway radio with a remote speaker microphone mounted out of sight, the APTYCBE1 uses the AP477E standard compact radio with a fixed-cord microphone, mounted in a visible, accessible position in the cabin.
The AP477E provides 5W output across all 80 UHF CB channels with CTCSS/DCS codes, duplex mode, channel scan, auto squelch, busy channel lockout, a white backlit display, stereo mute output, and external speaker port. Compatible with 12V and 24V systems.
The CBSTHD1 is a 700mm ground-independent elevated feed fibreglass radome antenna with stainless steel spring base, 4.5m RG58 cable, and FME to PL259 adaptor for solder-free installation. The APVCBB4 mounts on the passenger side bonnet hinge of the Hilux and Fortuner using existing mounting points with no drilling required, and does not obstruct bonnet operation or window wipers.
