Product Overview
The Aerpro ASHY16C is a CANBUS steering wheel control interface designed for Hyundai and Kia vehicles. It allows an aftermarket head unit to be installed while retaining factory steering wheel controls with no cutting of the factory wiring harness required. The vehicle-specific plug connects directly into the existing vehicle wiring.
Beyond SWC retention, the ASHY16C also retains the factory reverse camera (if equipped), factory AUX input, factory USB input, and factory antenna. An antenna adaptor is included to convert the factory antenna plug to a universal DIN plug. Reverse trigger and park brake outputs are provided.
Pair with the optional Aerpro APP8 Head Unit Secondary ISO Harness for simplified installation between this interface and the head unit.
