Product Overview
The Aerpro ASMZ7C is a CANBUS steering wheel control interface designed for Mazda vehicles. It allows an aftermarket head unit to be installed while retaining factory steering wheel controls and the centre console commander switch with no cutting of the factory wiring harness required. The vehicle-specific plug connects directly into the existing vehicle wiring.
The ASMZ7C retains the factory reverse camera (if equipped) and antenna, with reverse trigger, park brake, and speed pulse outputs provided. The centre console commander switch retains functionality for volume up/down, mute, and track forward/back other buttons function as MODE.
For Mazda vehicles with factory BOSE amplified systems, the APP7240 line converter is required and sold separately. Pair with the optional Aerpro APP8 Head Unit Secondary ISO Harness for simplified head unit installation.
