The Cel-Fi ROAM R41 is a vehicle mobile signal booster designed as a plug-and-play replacement for the GO G31 and G32 mobile systems. Built on Nextivity's 4th generation IntelliBoost chip, it delivers channelised coverage for specific mobile network operator signals across Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and MVNO networks, supporting up to 20 devices simultaneously per network. The R41 is network selectable via the WAVE app, allowing the user to switch between Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone at any time without manual reconfiguration.
Automatic band selection removes the need to manually choose between 3G, 4G, or 5G NR Low Band. The R41 detects and selects the best available signal band from the chosen carrier in the current location, optimising voice and data performance without user intervention. Supported frequency bands include 700L, 850, 900, 1800, 2100, 2600MHz, plus Band 20 and Band 26. Note that the 700MHz band is not supported on the Vodafone network. 5G NR Low Band is primarily used in regional and rural areas. Metropolitan areas rely on 5G Mid Band, which is not supported by this device.
The low-profile design at 79.8 x 44 x 170.7mm and 490 grams allows discreet installation in tight vehicle spaces, and the rugged frame supports reliable operation across demanding environments. The IP54 rating provides protection against dust and water spray in exposed installation positions. An external antenna is required for operation and is not included with this unit.
