The DNA single DIN CD/MP3 player covers a broad range of audio sources in a compact, installation-friendly package. CD compatibility covers CD, CD-R, CD-RW, MP3 and WMA discs with ID3 tag support, backed by 5-second electronic shock protection for audio CDs and 38-second protection for MP3 CDs. USB and SD card playback both support MP3 and WMA formats up to 8GB, with the USB port accessed from the front of the unit and the SD slot accessed from behind the detachable face.
Bluetooth covers both A2DP audio streaming from a compatible mobile phone and fully integrated hands-free calling, with a built-in microphone in the head unit face. The unit automatically mutes audio playback on an incoming call and returns to playback once the call ends. Dual AUX inputs a front 3.5mm socket and rear RCA inputs allow additional sources to be connected permanently or on the fly. The AM/FM tuner provides 30 station presets across 18 FM and 12 AM positions, and the unit includes a 21-button remote control.
