The DNA RVS966FM01 is a complete 9.66" OEM-style replacement mirror and rear camera kit designed for the Ford Ranger and Mazda BT-50, and also suitable for the Ford Ranger from 2023 onwards and the Volkswagen Amarok from 2023 onwards. It replaces the factory mirror using the existing windscreen mirror mount and includes a mirror mount bracket suited to the Ford Ranger and Mazda BT-50. The 9.66" MIPI IPS full screen display at 1280x320 resolution activates automatically when reverse is selected and displays the 1080P AHD camera image with parking gridlines. When the vehicle moves out of reverse, the display returns to standard mirror operation.
The kit includes a 1080P AHD 120-degree rear camera with two mounting options: butterfly surface mount or glass mount. The camera connects to the mirror monitor via the included 6-metre camera extension cable with integrated trigger wire. The mirror monitor is powered via a 12/24V accessory power adaptor included in the kit, converting to the 5V 3A input required by the display.
