Product overview
The TIR7 is a high-powered 7-inch round LED driving light using TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optics to deliver focused, high-intensity output with no light loss through reflectors. Each LED has its own focused TIR optic for maximum light intensity and beam efficiency. At 160W and 12480lm effective output, the TIR7 delivers exceptional forward illumination at 6500K cool white. The integrated park light function provides a low-output auxiliary lamp for parking and position light use. Aluminium housing for heat dissipation. PMMA lens. 4mm 304 painted stainless steel trunnion bracket. 3-pin connector. IP68 fully waterproof. 9-32V compatible with 12V and 24V systems. Sold individually.

Frequently asked questions
What are TIR optics and why do they matter?
TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optics use a focused lens for each individual LED to maximise light intensity and eliminate the light loss that occurs with reflector-based designs. The result is more usable light output per watt compared to a standard reflector driving light.
Does the TIR7 have a park light function?
Yes. The TIR7 includes an integrated park light function for low-output auxiliary use as a parking or position lamp.
What is the beam pattern on the TIR7?
The TIR7 uses a combination beam pattern delivering both spot and flood light output.
What voltage does the TIR7 operate on?
The TIR7 operates on 9V to 32V, compatible with both 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems.
Is the TIR7 waterproof?
Yes. The TIR7 has an IP68 rating, meaning it is fully dust-tight and can withstand continuous submersion in water beyond 1 metre depth.
