The Stinger HRTY010 is the amplified-system counterpart to the HRTY009, built specifically for Toyota Estima XR50 models fitted with the factory HD Audio Package or DSP Audio System. It connects via Toyota 20-pin and 24-pin connectors to a standard ISO harness, providing a plug and play installation without cutting or splicing factory wiring. The kit is not compatible with non-amplified Estima XR50 variants. For non-amplified models, see the HRTY009.
To confirm whether your Estima XR50 has the amplified system: look for the DSP icon in the bottom left corner of the OE screen when it is displaying CD, Radio, or Mini Disc mode. If the DSP icon is visible, the HRTY010 is the correct kit. If no DSP icon is present, the vehicle has a non-amplified system and the HRTY009 should be used instead.
The included factory amplifier retention module keeps the factory amplified audio system active with the new aftermarket head unit. The factory rear reverse camera is also retained via an included retention module. Note that the following factory features cannot be retained when replacing the factory radio: the Parking Assist system, optional side and front-facing cameras, and the optional roof mount screen.
