Description
Stinger SI62YM 6000 Series 1 Female to 2 Male RCA Y-Splitter Cable 30cm with Triple-Twisted OFC Silver and Locking Blue Connectors
The SI62YM from Stinger is a 6000 Series RCA Y-splitter cable measuring 30cm in length, with one female RCA socket splitting to two male RCA plugs. Built with triple-twisted OFC and silver cable, precision-machined locking blue anodised connectors, Mylar shielding, and C3 Technology, it provides a single female RCA input point that distributes to two male RCA plug outputs while maintaining premium 6000 Series signal integrity. A lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects is included.
Product overview
A female to male Y-splitter is used when a single RCA input needs to accept signal from two separate male RCA sources, or when a single female RCA socket needs to be extended to two male plug outputs for routing to separate destinations. The SI62YM delivers this function with the full 6000 Series specification, including Mylar shielding for noise rejection and precision-machined locking blue anodised connectors for a secure, rattle-free connection at each socket.
The 30cm length keeps the Y-split compact and close to the connection point, minimising additional cable management in the installation. Moulded strain reliefs at each connector protect the cable against fatigue, and colour-coded channel identification inside the RCA barrel assists with correct signal routing at each connection point.
Features and benefits
1 female to 2 male RCA Y-splitter configuration: Provides one female RCA socket that splits to two male RCA plugs, allowing a single RCA input to accept or distribute signal across two male RCA connections simultaneously.
Triple-twisted OFC and silver cable construction: The triple-twisted conductor design using OFC and silver cable delivers exceptional signal transfer and outstanding noise rejection, maintaining 6000 Series performance quality at the split point.
Mylar shielding for superior noise rejection: The Mylar shielding layer provides increased protection against alternator noise and electromagnetic interference at the Y-split connection point.
Precision-machined locking blue anodised connectors: The machined metal connectors lock securely into each RCA socket, preventing disconnection from vibration, with the blue anodised finish providing a premium appearance consistent with the 6000 Series range.
C3 Technology (Continuous Connection Construction): Maintains a continuous, consistent conductor path throughout the cable, providing unmatched signal transfer and improved frequency response at the split point.
Compact 30cm length: The 30cm cable length keeps the Y-split close to the connection point, minimising additional cable management in the installation.
Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects: The SI62YM is covered by Stinger's lifetime performance warranty against manufacturer defects.

Frequently asked questions
What is the SI62YM used for?
The SI62YM provides one female RCA socket that splits to two male RCA plugs, allowing a single RCA socket to accept or distribute signal to two separate male RCA connections simultaneously. Common applications include extending a single RCA input to two source outputs, or providing a dual male connection point from a single female RCA socket in a custom installation.
What is the difference between the SI62YM and the SI62YF?
The SI62YF is a 1 male to 2 female Y-splitter, used to split one male RCA output into two female inputs. The SI62YM is a 1 female to 2 male Y-splitter, providing one female socket that splits to two male plugs. Select the configuration that matches the connection type required for your specific installation.
What is the difference between the SI62YM and the SI42YM?
Both are 1 female to 2 male RCA Y-splitters measuring 30cm. The SI62YM is from the 6000 Series and adds triple-twisted OFC and silver cable, Mylar shielding, and precision-machined locking blue anodised connectors. The SI42YM is from the 4000 Series with oversized OFC conductors and Shoc-Krome plated split-tip connectors. For installations where noise rejection and connection security are the priority, the SI62YM is the more appropriate choice.
What is C3 Technology?
C3 stands for Continuous Connection Construction. It is Stinger's proprietary cable construction method that maintains a continuous, consistent conductor path throughout the cable, eliminating signal discontinuities that can degrade frequency response and signal transfer quality.
Does the SI62YM include a warranty?
Yes. The SI62YM is covered by Stinger's lifetime performance warranty against manufacturer defects. Contact us for further details on warranty claims and conditions.
