The Thunder 12,500lb winch features a waterproof 6 horsepower motor which offers high power with lower current draw. Whilst the winch produces fewer kilowatts than the 9,500lb version, the gear ratio of the waterproof planetary gearbox allows for greater line pull capacity. Thicker torsion bars help alleviate the risk of your winch binding up in high torque situations. Supplied with both a wired and wireless winch remote, the Thunder winches can be operated in the most adverse conditions.
