The ACX1320 is the longest 4.8mm cable tie in the OEX range, stepping up from the 200mm ACX1317 to a 370mm length. The additional length accommodates larger bundle diameters up to approximately 100mm, suited to thick wiring harnesses, multiple conduit bundles, tube and hose groupings and applications where more wrap length is needed to reach around a larger bundle and still engage the locking head securely. The 4.8mm width provides a solid hold without excessive bulk, consistent with the rest of the 4.8mm OEX cable tie range.
Nylon 66 provides higher tensile strength, heat resistance and dimensional stability than standard nylon 6. The UV resistant black construction suits outdoor, sun-exposed and underbonnet applications where standard cable ties would degrade and become brittle over time.
